He is majestic! This sweet gelding rides at any type of trail, he is calm and relaxed. Will ride out alone, ride away from other riders, or in a group. He is not herd bound, he crosses water, limbs, and logs and goes up and down hills, over bridges, and through brush. He is sure-footed, takes care of his rider, and will confidently go wherever he is pointed. This handsome boy can gait a whole on the ground or simply walk on lose reins! He is traffic safe, dog safe, livestock safe, He has frequently been ridden on the road and all sorts of terrain as well. No matter the setting, this guy is never bothered. Enzo is super fun to ride. He keeps his rider smiling ear to ear no matter what you’re doing. He is quiet outside on the trails and has safely care many beginner riders, he is perfect to check out cows in the field, cross the river and rocky terrain, and even take a joy ride through town to the ice cream shop. Everyone at the ranch adore this horse. Enzo has the best personality — so kind and willing about everything, he will meet you at the gate and follow you around like a puppy dog no matter how much you asked of him the day before. This horse is a rarity. He doesn’t know the word “no,” and wouldn’t use it if he did. He adapts to every rider; young or old, novice to advanced showman. His ground manners are absolutely second to none. He’s safe for the littles to lead, brush, wash, and even help saddle. He is a gentleman to load, bathe, and stand tied with zero drama. He gets along perfectly with other horses and is the absolute picture of safety. Plenty of horses have “the look.” Fewer have the noggin to match. And then there’s Lucas—the true-blue spotted to boot. This sweet gelding really checks all of the boxes. He has the quiet mind and sensible nature that everyone needs, has the athletic ability and talent for the rider who wants it, the kind and lovable personality that everyone loves, and of course show stopping looks too.

Lucas is the perfect mix of whoa and go. He doesn't tire your leg out asking him to move out but will also never go faster than you ask him to. He has a rock-solid gait and brain. He can do any job with any level rider and continue to be quiet, safe, and successful.
On the trails and off property, Lucas is the ATV of horses. He will cross any river, go up any hill, carefully go down steep banks, and will get you home safe on any terrain. He rides out alone and will be just as braves if he was in a group. He is used to riding along traffic, trucks, atvs, and livestock. Every time we have taken Lucas off property, he has been the same horse as he is at home. He is young enough to add more train to his brain and old soul enough to understand that most people just want a solid trail horse with a life ahead of himself. His video was taken with no prep, fresh off the pasture, first time at new places, first ride after being turned out for 3 months due to how hot it has been here, gets miserable to ride. There was no spooking, no silliness, and no concern that he would put a foot wrong. He is the same horse, every time, no matter the circumstance, and that is something you can't train into a horse, they either have that or they don't!
In the barn, Lucas is a love bug. He enjoys being groomed and pampered and he is used to the kids hanging all over him and braiding his mane and tail. He is the same horse whether he lives inside or out and gets along well with his pasture mates; he has such silly personality; he is always making us laugh! Lucas is an easy keeper with no vices, quirks, or maintenance.
